Standard delivery covers curbside delivery only. The driver is not responsible for moving or setting up the items. The shipping company will call you to set up a delivery appointment, so that you can make any necessarily arrangement. Free shipping on order over $1,000.00 (before tax) only. Free shipping areas are within 30 miles radius from our warehouse (City of Industry, California 91789). Some items are not qualified for free shipping. Most items from our website require assembly, however, all hardware and tools will be provided it is D-I-Y-able. Shipping/delivery cost is non-refundable.

Refund, Returns & Replacements / Warranty

All outdoor and patio furniture are final sales. No return accepted.

All manufacturer defect or damage claim must be filed within 7-day from the date of receipt, otherwise no replacement or exchage after 7-day period.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 7-day. All items must be in original (new, never been used or assembled) condition. All items must be returned with its original packaging materials, otherwise it will be refused. There is a 30% restocking fees for all returns or exchange. Delivery fee / shipping cost is non-refundable. If free shipping was offered with the order, $75.00 will be deducted from the refund amount. Upholstered items (Sofas) are subject to 50% restocking fees for all returns. For free delivery orders, the actual service cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Retun shipping service is available. We can pick up the items from your location starting as low as $75.00 (within 30 miles radius from our warehouse 91789). The return shipping fee will be collected in cash or it will be deducted from the refund amount.
All of our furniture are brand-new and they come with 30 days manufacturer warranty. We will exchange the parts absolutely free of charge within the warranty period.

We accept cash and all major credit card payments. All the prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We're not responsible for any typo-graphical errors. The pictures and dimensions are to the approximate only. We reserve the right to cancel any order on our own discretion.
Local pick up
Please leave us your phone number with your order, and once your order is ready for pick up, we will call you to set up an appointment to pick up your order. Our warehouse is located at: 19953 Harrison Ave. City of Industry, CA 91789. Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Pick-up during the weekends can be arranged.

Upholstery Care: General Tips

1. Avoid using or placing sharp objects on the leather goods.
2. Place your furniture a minimum of two feet from radiators and other heat sources.
3. Blot spills immediately.
4. Rearrange the furniture occasionally to ensure even use of the cushions and wear areas.
5. Reverse loose cushions weekly; Vacuum often to remove grit that can cause abrasion.
6. Caution those wearing clothing with transferable dyes, such as blue jeans, etc., that the dye could transfer onto light-colored furniture.
7. Protect fabrics from the sun. Ultraviolet light(sunlight) will cause fiber degeneration and color-fade. Fabrics should not be placed in direct sunlight, as this may cause fading. Pccasionally, dyes can fade from impurities within the air.
8. Keep pets off the furniture. Pet urine and pet body oil can be difficult to remove.
9. Use proper care with structural weave fabrics (design created by the weave) to protect against snags.
